What Is "Share Resume to Community"?​

This feature allows you to contribute candidate resumes to the community of recruiters using the platform.

Once shared, the system uses AI to convert the CV into a full structured profile containing skills, experience, and work history β€” making it easier for others to view and evaluate.

The original PDF and personal contact details remain hidden and can only be unlocked with points.

Security Check: Personal contact details and the original PDF are always hidden. Your candidate's privacy is protected by default.

What Information Becomes Visible When Sharing a Resume?​

Publicly visible in the community:

  • Candidate name
  • Skills
  • Work experience
  • Employment history
  • Education
  • AI-generated summary
  • Full structured profile parsed by AI

Not publicly visible:

  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Original PDF CV

How to Use This Feature (Step-by-Step)​

Background processing supported. While your resume is being analyzed or shared, you can safely close the pop-up and switch to other tasks. AI Scanning and Share-to-Community run completely in the background. You'll receive a notification once each step is completed.

Step 1 β€” Upload a Resume from the Home Page​

  1. On the home page, tap the lightning icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Select a PDF file to upload.
  3. AI will begin processing the resume (1–2 minutes on average).
  4. AI Scanning analyzes and restructures the CV into a clear, readable profile.

Step 2 β€” Preview the AI-Generated Profile (View Only)​

After processing:

  • You will see the full parsed profile.
  • Editing is not allowed at this stage.
  • You can submit feedback on the profile, visible to other users.

This ensures consistent data quality across the community.

Step 3 β€” Share to Community (Multiple AI Checks)​

When you press Share, the system automatically performs several verification layers:

  1. Duplicate Check β€” ensures this resume doesn't already exist.
  2. Version Check β€” determines if this is a newer version of an existing resume.
  3. Validity Check β€” confirms the file is valid and readable.
  4. AI Scanning Check β€” ensures data quality and completeness.

Only resumes that pass all checks can be shared.

Step 4 β€” Sharing Completed​

Once the resume is successfully shared, the system will display:

  • A success notification
  • Points awarded
  • An option to upload another resume

The profile will then appear immediately in the Talent Community.

How to Un-share a Resume (Community β†’ Private)​

If you want to remove a resume from the community:

  1. Go to the Talent Pool module.
  2. Select the resume and right-click.
  3. The resume must be in the Unassigned group. If it's in another group, choose Remove from group first.
  4. Choose Disable this resume.

Important: when you unshare a resume, previously awarded points won't be deducted.
